Park Estate stands

The Park Estate is an exclusive 84 hectare Gated Community development in Mutare's Lower Bvumba mountains.

The Estate is divided into Cluster stands and Premium plot stands.

On completion the development will have a school, a park, a private clinic and shops within the Estate walls.

Cluster stand sizes and prices:
up to 600m² - USD40/m²
601 - 800m² - USD35/m²
801 - 1000m² - USD30/m²

Premium plot sizes and prices:
1001 - 3000m² - USD20/m²
3001m² and above - USD18/m²

• What are the terms for payment?
• 30% deposit, Balance payable over 12 months, 12% interest/annum on balance.
• When is the development expected to be complete?
• By the fourth quarter of 2026
• When can I start building on my stand?
• After obtaining certificate of compliance, our estimated time frame for stand owners to be begin construction is from the first quarter of 2027.
• What is the location of the development?
• 13km from Mutare CBD along the Bvumba Road.
• Is the deposit refundable?
• Yes, but a cost of 10% of the total property value will be deducted from it.
• How long does it take to get my agreement of sale after paying my deposit?
• Within 10 days after payment of full deposit.
• What happens if I want to cancel my agreement after I have secured the property?
• You will be refunded the amount paid, but 10% of the property cost will be deducted.
• Does the property have title deeds?
• Yes. Title deeds will be available after the development is fully serviced and compliances obtained, this is in accordance to the Law of Zimnbabwe.
• Can I reserve a stand?
• Yes for not more than 2 weeks after which you are expected to pay the deposit.
• What ammenities are in the development?
• Fully serviced roads, Water, sewer, electricity, street lighting and commercial stands.
• Are there pre-approved plans?
• The develpment comes with some of our approved, well thought out home plans deisgned by our in-house architects. Select from a range of options, suitable for a variety of lifestyle needs. Individuals can also do their own designs which they will submit for approval.
