Overview:

The project is for the provision of 100 medium density residential stands situated in Weirmouth, Mutare. Stand areas range from 325m² to 723m². All stands are accessable by 10m width interconnected gravel roadways.

Stands Costs and Payments:

Stands are purchased with a 'once-off' strictly cash payment.

The cost of a stand is calculated at $30 per square metre.

- Smaller stands are 325m², costing $9,750.

- Medium sized stands range from 330m² to 398m², with the costs ranging from $9,900 to $11,940.

- Larger stands are between 399m² and 732m² with costs of between $11,970 and $21,960.

Services to be provided.

Sewer and water services are to be available from the connection point of each stand to the local authority public service connection point. (completed)

Gravel roads, with culvert access (where necessary) from the road to the stand will be made available. A Public lighting system, by means of conventional tower lights, is to be provided.

Occupation and Possession.

Possession of the stand is effected on completion of servicing and payment of the purchase price in full. Thereafter, the purchaser can submit building plans to the Local Authority.
